How are Seats Billed?

Customers that are on month-to-month seat based pricing are billed on the total number of configured users within each billing period. We automatically remove any large variances when making this calculation.  Any seat that is associated with a Salesforce account is billed at the Salesforce rate. All other seats are billed at the standard rate.
