Navigate to "Settings" then to "Leaderboards."
If you have never accessed your Leaderboards before, you may be presented with a "Generate Link" option:
Once you click that, you will be presented with the following option.
Clicking on "Direct Link" will present you with a popup with a copy-pastable link.
Accessing a List of Leaderboards
The "External Leaderboard Display" link at the bottom of the "Leaderboards" page will allow you to select any leaderboard from a dropdown.
