Deliverables add accountability to the 1:1. How many times have you left a 1:1 with a list of action items for both the other party and you? How many times have those action items been forgotten by the next 1:1? Our deliverables feature ensures that this never happens.
You can make a deliverable out of a new answer or comment on a Brief. Just click on the dropdown to the left of the text box and toggle between Answer/Comment or Deliverable as shown below:
Deliverables are assigned to a person in the 1:1 and can be toggled between yourself and the other person. Once the Deliverable is added to the Brief, the assignee will receive an email stating they have a new deliverable to complete by the next 1:1. Either participant in a brief can assign a deliverable to either person.
Deliverables are more sophisticated than a traditional Todo list and have a two-way acceptance process. Once on party has completed the deliverable and clicked "Done" the other party will be able to verify. You also have the opportunity to re-open any Deliverable if you feel it was not completed.
All Deliverables are due in the following brief. If the deliverable is not completed, it can be pushed. Incomplete Deliverables will be expired and can only be accessed through the archive.
Deliverables are attached to a brief, but they can be viewed all at once from the top level "Deliverables" tab. From here you can view all of the active Deliverables assigned to you and waiting to be verified. You can also push, accept, and reopen an Deliverable from this view.
