Changes happen. We know. It is an easy process to remove a user's access.
First, to make any changes to your team, you must be an admin for your WideAngle account. To remove a WideAngle user to your team, simply log into my.wideangle.com, select "Settings" on the top navigation then select "Users." Click the checkbox on the left to hide users without roles, then locate the user you would like to remove and click on the edit symbol on the right.
Set the role, manager, and WideAngle access to 'none' to remove them completely from the system.
** Note - we consider an active user to be one that has a role, manager, and access. If you are worried about how many users you are being billed for please contact Help@wideangle.com
