You can comment on any response to a Brief by clicking on the respond button. This will focus a textbox where you can leave a comment by clicking add. The other party in a 1:1 will be notified of the comment and will have the opportunity to respond.
If you would like to leave a remark on something more general and not necessarily tied to one of the questions, you can leave a comment on the entire brief. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your remark under the 'Additional Takeaways' section.
